The Minister will recall the absolute condemnation of the Hamas terrorist attacks on October 7, which left 1,400 dead, including 30 French people. It will reaffirm our demand for the release of all hostages held in Gaza.

The Minister will recall the urgency of combining our efforts to respond to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, which involves a humanitarian truce. It will express France's desire to avoid a regional escalation and will recall the imperative of a political horizon which can only be built on the basis of a solution based on the existence of two States, for the Israelis and the Palestinians. France is fully mobilized and has already announced additional humanitarian aid of 10 million euros for the benefit of the population of Gaza, and is working on additional contributions in conjunction with the WFP."
