Exceptionally Beautiful, Paris stands as one of the World's Most Fascinating and Dynamic Cities, with Cultural and Entertainment Attractions catering to Every Taste.

Paris owes much of its Beauty to a Vast Urban Redesign Project from the Mid-19th Century under Emperor Napoleon III. His Building Prefect Baron Haussmann levelled more than 60 % of Paris´ Medieval dwellings to make way for Wide, Grand Avenues lined with Beautiful Neo-Classical Stone Buildings, the Paris as we know it today. The most sought after Quarters of Paris are the 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th and the 16th Arrondissements.

Their Rich and Varied Architecture ranges from Stately 19th Century Mansions to Elegant Piano Nobile Apartments overlooking Garden Squares, ideal for establishing First or Second Homes. St. John´s Wood and Hampstead are increasingly known as Family-Friendly Areas. The Diverse City is Highly Attractive to Overseas Buyers for its Legal, Financial and School Systems.

Leaving the EU will not stop BRITISH PEOPLE buying Homes in France (either for a permanent move to France or for holidays). Plenty of non-EU Citizens own Property in France. As EU Members, Brits have the Right to buy Property anywhere in France (or the EU). Technically, France could ban non-EU Residents from buying in Certain Areas but this is unlikely to happen in the Rural Areas that are Popular with British Buyers.
BRITAIN might not remain Britain for long. Scotland may well choose Independence in order to stay within Europe. Would Northern Ireland finally join with the Rest of Ireland to stay in ? It could be that we're looking at Exit rather than Brexit if England is left behind by the Rest of the British Isles. What are the Choices ? Stay and try to ameliorate the Situation somehow ? Stay because you have no choice ? Move abroad to live in Another European Country ? Recent Agreements point to British People being able to stay in France if they arrive before Brexit day March 2019. Under this Agreements all UK Nationals legally residing in France by 29 March 2019 will be allowed to stay and enjoy the Same Rights as they do today, including on Healthcare and Pension Uprating.
Among the Three Million European Expats, 300,000 French Nationals represent one of the Largest European Communities in the UK (London is regularly dubbed the “˜Sixth City of France´). Since the Beginning of the Brexit Campaign, many French Londoners feel estranged in a Country they once considered Home. Now that the UK is running for a Hard Brexit, an Increasing Number are packing up and moving back to France... Meanwhile, France rejoices to see its Expats ““ and their Money come home. French Authorities have already started rolling out the Red Carpet for Doubtful Businesses seeking New Headquarters. The French Government is at Full Throttle to attract Businesses, from Big Multinational Banks to Smaller Tech Startups, and French Cities are engaged in a Fierce Competition to attract Sulking Cross-Channel Nationals.
