USPA NEWS - The Third Annual Spirit of Peace and Prosperity conference will commence on July 17, and the grand finale is taking place on July 27 at the Ted Weiss Federal Building, 290 Broadway, New York. The program marks Nelson Mandela´s 100th birthday which is currently spurring various kinds of celebration in many parts of the world, especially in South Africa. The Centenary occasion will be a milestone event to reflect on his life and legacy and to follow his call to “make of the world a better place.
The Spirit of Peace is an annual high-level international conference designed to capture and reflect the vision of President Nelson Mandela. The conference encourages solidarity with the cause of improving our common humanity and fostering better human integrity by promoting truth, reconciliation, sustainability, and harmony.
The conference has been organized in collaboration with cultural and traditional leaders from the royal, indigenous, spiritual, the civil society ““ leaders, and socially responsible investors.
The theme of this year´s Event is “the Intersection of Culture, Economics, and Peace. Several Kings from all parts of Africa, Native American Chiefs, are confirmed to attend this conference, including His Royal Majesty, the King, Professor Octave Cossi Houdegbe, the KOKPON OF DAHE, and Benin´s former Deputy President and Parliamentarian of the federal republic of Benin will be leading a vital delegation of Several Traditional Authorities (Kings & Customary Authorities) from Africa.
His Imperial Majesty, Oba, Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, the OONI OF IFE, the Paramount Ruler, King of all the Yoruba People, and His Royal Highness, Saliu Akanmu Adetunji, the OLUBADAN OF IBADAN-LAND, paramount ruler of the largest city in West Africa are confirmed to attend.
“˜His Majesty the King Aderemi Adeem Adedapo, ALAYEMORE OF IDO OSUN, Nigeria´, and “˜His Majesty the King, Tanyi TAMBE-AYUK, KINGDOM OF TINTO MBU, Cameroon´, “˜His Royal Highness, Appolus Chu, the EGBERE EMERE OKORI I OF THE ELEME KINGDOM, Rivers State,´ “˜Her Royal Highness, Diambi Kabatusuila Tshiyoyo Muata, QUEEN OF THE BAKWA INDU at the Kasai Democratic Republic of Congo,´ are among others also confirmed.
A strong presence of spiritual leaders from African Traditional Religion, Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Native American, Hinduism, and other faiths including the beautiful forgiveness of the Hawaiian Ho´oponopono tradition with BELOVED KAHUNA LAPA “˜AU KAHEA (one who uses words and chants to heal).
During the World Prayers for peace session, Mr. WILLIAM A. VERDONE will observe President John F. Kennedy´s legacy and strategy for peace, the Peace Corps.
The Executive Secretary of the International Center for research and documentation on African traditions and languages, CERDOTOLA, the Honorable, PROFESSOR CHARLES BINAM BIKOI, His Excellency AMBASSADOR ISIAH CHABALA, former Permanent Representative of Zambia to the UN, and HIS EXCELLENCY HENRY MAC DONALD, former Ambassador of the Republic of Suriname Mission to the UN are among the principal Keynote Speakers.
In addition to all that, the occasion includes a summit on African and Caribbean Stock Exchanges whereby the global investment communities are invited to meet on mutual partnership interest at a neutral ground for the goal of promoting global peace and security through prosperity, with a presentation on the Haitian Stock Exchange by the founder MR. WILLIAM SAVARY. The host of the Global Investment forum on Blockchain and New World Economy is MR BAN TRAN and MR. XI WEN TANG.
