Qaisar Sheikh Pakistan's Saint Politician Brings World-Class Education to his Constituents in Chiniot Pakistan
Qaisar Sheikh, widely known in his constituency as the “saint politician” of Pakistan, is being praised for bringing world-class educational institutions and expanded welfare initiatives to the people of Chiniot, Pakistan reinforcing his long-standing reputation as a philanthropist, patriot and committed public servant.
It is often said that many politicians enter public life driven by personal ambition, financial security or self-glory. However, Qaisar Sheikh’s journey into politics is inspired by the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (?) to serve the weak and underprivileged, and the political vision of Quaid-E-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to build a strong, prosperous and self-reliant Pakistan, said Shazada Hayat, President of UICF (UK) and an international community welfare campaigner.

Qaiser Sheikh is a politician of conscience and a faithful patriot who has adhered throughout his life to four uncompromising principles: devotion to Islam, the supreme national interest and security of Pakistan, and the welfare of the Pakistani public. Qaiser Sheikh also has a profound allegiance for Pakistan’s armed forces the Army, Navy and Air Force, which he regards as the nation’s greatest defenders and most honoured institution of Pakistan.
Currently serving as Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Investment, Qaisar Sheikh hails from one of the most prominent business dynasties of Chiniot. Alongside this, the establishment of the Chiniot campus of National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences has been hailed as a pioneering achievement. Supporters claim these institutions rank among the finest in Asia and compare favourably with universities in the United Kingdom and Europe, offering students in Chiniot access to world-class facilities and academic excellence close to home.
Each year on August 14, Pakistan’s Independence Day, Qaiser Sheikh continues a distinctive tradition in his constituency. To celebrate the creation of Pakistan, he distributes free petrol and diesel tokens to owners of motorbikes and small vehicles, enabling families to commemorate the occasion with pride and joy. The gesture, while symbolic, is seen by supporters as reflective of his desire to share national celebrations with ordinary citizens.

Qaiser Sheikh described the historic victory in May 2025 war with India as one of the greatest achievements since Pakistan’s creation, praising the leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir and the Pakistan Armed Forces.
He states that the victory elevated Pakistan’s national pride and global image to unprecedented heights and calls the month of May 2025 historic and defining; one that future generations will commemorate with patriotism.
