The participation in the release of the prisoner also reflects the belief in the role of international organization that seek to implement the charter of the rights and duties of prisoners where he spent nearly (19 years) inside the walls of the prison for the murder of Mrs. ( Hidaya sultan ) may god have mercy on her . where the family of the prisoner (khaled naqa) with the children of Mrs. (Hidaya sultan) may god have mercy on her reached to an agreement to pay a waiver of the case and the release of the prisoner ( khaled naqa)
