During the Press Conference given at the Alain Ducasse School on Monday June 20, EquipHotel being a partner in the Event 'Tous Au Restaurant', announced at the same time the EQUIPHOTEL 2016 -The Leading Hospitality and Catering Exhibition- that will be held from 6 to 10 November 2016 at Paris Expo, Porte de Versaille. EquipHotel has the ambition to be a Business Generator and Trends Incubator.
For more than 50 years, EquipHotel has been helping international hospitality and catering professionals analyse trends, discover innovations and build their networks. STUDIO16 - a unique pop-up hotel at EquipHotel

For the first time, a team of experts consisting of architects, designers and hotel owners has come together to discuss the major hospitality and catering industry trends. At EquipHotel, this team of high-profile experts will offer their vision and interpretation of key developments in the HORECA sector, after many months of reflection. There will be a particular focus on the intangible, human, and experientialaspects of service (reception, staff, ambiance, setting etc.).
It is an ambitious project with a total floorspace over 3,000 sqm, will be a unique pop-up hotel at EquipHotel showcasing the latest innovations in hospitality and catering. Sited at the heart of Pavilion 7, the 3-storey STUDIO16 will bring to life the hotel of the future, a place for living and connecting.

Also, EquipHotel is launching SIGNATURE, a unique space for hosting and presenting a selection of furniture and interior design brands. A niche, high-end offer dedicated to specifiers.

- The Chefs Studio :

Michelin-starred chefs, up-and-coming chefs, apprentices and restaurant owners will assemble at the Chefs´ Studio to take part in a series of creative and inspirational events. The chefs will compete against each other in the culinary arena.
- The Bar and Bartenders Show :

The 2016 Bar and Bartenders Show will take place within EquipHotel, an alliance that creates market synergies while meeting the needs of exhibitors, hoteliers, restaurant owners and bartenders. Around 100 exhibitors are expected in this area. will also be showcased the bartender´s craft through competitions at the Bartender´s Studio, which will take place over 3 days.
The ABF (Bartender´s Association of France) will organize the The Flair Competition (best flair bartender competition) and the The Scott Cup (best young bartender in France competition). The APEB has chosen EquipHotel as the venue for the Hospitality Schools Grand Finale in Paris, a competition for students working towards the additional 'Bartender' qualification.
