19 CANADIAN PROJECTS Announced for the 2017 TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

USPA NEWS - Bell Media confirmed, on August 9, that 19 projects supported through various Bell Media funding, development, and pre-licensing initiatives have been confirmed as Official Selections for the 42nd Annual Toronto International Film Festival, running from September 7 to 17, 2017....
Bell Media confirmed, on August 9, that 19 projects supported through various Bell Media funding, development, and pre-licensing initiatives have been confirmed as Official Selections for the 42nd Annual Toronto International Film Festival, running from September 7 to 17, 2017. The Canadian premieres announced by TIFF earlier the same Day and supported by Bell Media include Oscar-nominee Kim Nguyen's 'Eye on Juliet', Pat Mills' 'Don't Talk to Irene', Ingrid Veninger's 'Porcupine Lake,' and Kyle Rideout's 'Public Schooled'.
These Projects join previously announced Bell Media-backed titles including Nora Twomey's 'The Breadwinner', and Bell Media's highly anticipated new Documentary about Iconic Canadian Band The Tragically Hip's Final Tour, 'Long Time Running', from Banger Films, and acclaimed filmmakers Jennifer Baichwal and Nicholas de Pencier.
