It is a historic moment in France, the winner of the 1 st round of Presidential Elections is Emmanuel Macron, Centrist the candidate of En Marche and favorite under polls who ranks first in the with 24% qualified for the second round of this presidential election 2017. It is followed Of Marine Le Pen with 22%, and Jean Luc Melenchon ex aequo with Francois Fillon. Several political personalities already call for Macron to vote in the second round. WINNERS ARE EMMANUEL MACRON AND MARINE LE PEN FIRST RESULTS OF ELECTION OF 1st ROUND At 8 pm, the first provisional estimates are to be broadcast, one hour after the closure of the last polling stations in mainland France.
